An example of a 15 S.D. (Standard Deviation) IQ test is the Wechsler and an example of a 16 S.D. IQ test is the Stanford-Binet (up to the 4th Edition). Note that the
Stanford-Binet 5 now has a 15 S.D. See the IQ Basics page if you have no idea what a standard deviation or a percentile is.
